    If you ever shot a Python that Reeves Junkin built up back in the 70's you would think a box stock one had sand in it. He was the firearms instructor for DPS and shot in competition. For a good many years he held the NRA Police Combat record. Finest man you would ever want to meet.

    An older Python is almost a work of art. It's beautiful, accurate, very smooth in single action, like it has bearings. BUT, I'd rather shoot a 586.
