    That’s a long vid.
Cliffs notes version, or can we skip to a part of the vid?

    Cliff’s Note:

    Old math 1=1.
    New math 1=69

Skip to 15 min mark or scroll through video index to agenda item 6 and click link.

    Go to @ 15:50.

Go to 23:10 to get to the meat of how they’re juggling the numbers now.

Sure looks like fuzzy math to me, WHY is Abbott putting up with this from his departments?? Well, maybe he really is a bigger RINO than I thought.

So if you live in Collin County (or anywhere in Texas) and you have a headache and think you feel like you’re running a temperature*, well then, my friend.... you meet the criterion for being counted as a ‘probable’ COVID-19 infected person.

[No test results of any kind required]

    * or a headache & sore throat will do it too (just as an example).

Follow the money. I’m sure it means the state gets more candy from the federal candy man.

And every day they check you is another "result" to add...

At least that's how it's counted on some charts. I don't know that about that source in particular.

Judge Hill had a very good web page of covid19 but state methodology took over.
