So if you live in Collin County (or anywhere in Texas) and you have a headache and think you feel like you’re running a temperature*, well then, my friend.... you meet the criterion for being counted as a ‘probable’ COVID-19 infected person.

[No test results of any kind required]

* or a headache & sore throat will do it too (just as an example).

And every day they check you is another "result" to add...

At least that's how it's counted on some charts. I don't know that about that source in particular.

Judge Hill had a very good web page of covid19 but state methodology took over.
