Although just shy of 50 state compliant, (sorry New York, Illinois, and Washington) the Br4 gives people in other 2A unfriendly states a modern choice in a go-to carbine. DISSENT upper compatibility means the Br4 can be configured for any use, be it self-defense, hunting, or target shooting/sporting use.

No idea why- its an updated Browning Bar semi-auto. I guess: as of now, more legal than an AR? Threaded barrel...detachable magazine...??

I bought one of the Foxtrot Mike Ranch lower receivers. I already had their buffer less upper for a different build. Mine is having some fitment issues but I haven’t played with it yet to determine whether it’s a takedown pin or the hole is out of spec. This was a quick mock-up after picking up the lower.

It's called a Califast he created it for the California guys when the finned grip shit came into play for those guys. This was and is California legal and anyone can buy one.
