Chip did a lot for the shooting sports. I'd think that most everyone that has a 1911 has used one of his magazines at one time or the other. His drop in AR triggers were an innovative idea that is copied a lot today. RIP

Just learned that Mr. McCormick passed away last June. His 1911 innovations truly helped keep the venerable platform relevant. RIP. If I missed this in my search, please delete or merge and thx.
