Good question. I didn’t know about the recall until just recently. I purchased from SG Ammo in September 2020 (not sure that helps).

Post recall, I called PPU to confirm. Manufacturing stamp indicates 2019 year of manufacture while the recall was for 2015-2016. PPU was not imported to the US 2017-2018 and they started back up in 2019.
