according to article marlin county is continuing funds not just the foundation

Maybe I misread it. Either way, I don't like it. But public funding would get shot down in court, no? Preferential college admissions did.

I am an advocate of the supposed independent states trying new ideas to see what works. I am adadmently opposed to any and all tax supported programs based on race, creed or national origin. Those programs are UN-American and violate the concept of equality.
