I found my old folding stock in the back of my closet last weekend and wondered what is a fair asking price for it. I don't know if they just quit making them, but I couldn't find anything online. Oh, and it is stainless with black nylon stock. thanks

Well, a new manufacturer is tooling up to make 'em again - so the value's gonna drop, but I've seen folks getting $3-500 for 'em.
I think that is for the Mini-14 isn't it?

As for the 10/22 stock they are all over the place in value. I've seen them from $$50-150. Some people love them. I hated them.

I bought this one on a whim long ago. I put it on the rifle and used it for a short time. Then went back to the original birch stock--was lighter, believe it or not, and just handled better.

Yeah - I think most of us around then bought the folders....lol As noted, they were heavy as hell - or at least, felt that way! I know i didn't keep mine on the rifle long - but mine was on my Mini-14.
