I don't mind firing up the grill with lump charcoal, mix a pound of ground sirloin with one egg, some chopped onion, crushed garlic, salt & pepper and a dash of steak and pepper sauce.

Slap the patties on the grill until done to taste, then put on a buttered and toasted bun, top with cheese, lettuce, onion, pickles, and a couple of Jalapeno slices. Pour on the ketchup and mustard!
