Which Optic would you recommend for 25-yard pistol bullseye shooting?

I like the Holosun HS507C X2 for full size and HS507K X2 for compacts

Crimson Trace also makes a series of good dot sights

i used both (Holosun and Crimson Trace) when I was shooting Bullseye matches

I found no material difference between the two brands

for me… it was all about learning to push the gun out in front in a repeatable fashion (via practice and muscle memory) that let me pick up the dot quickly and… ‘accepting the wobble’ (red dot wobbling across the bullseye as you aim) as part of the process… which you probably already know
