    Not sure. She usually doubles or triples the recipe depending on who is over. And she saves the leftovers and snacks on them during the day.

    I normally have 4-7 depending on size. Sometimes they are baseball sized, so I eat more.

    I was resistant at first, cuz, no syrup. But she coaxed me into eating one, and I was hooked.

    I tried one with syrup, but its too sweet for my taste.

    I would have a pic for you, but I ate them.

    My wife makes banana pancakes. Very healthy, very tasty and requires zero syrup.

    1 ripe banana (the more ripe, the better)
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    1 egg

    mix it all up, then make smallish pancakes about the size of a softball. when they are brown, flip them.

    The banana makes it sweet enough to not need syrup. And its easy to make.

    Hmmm...... sounds good, like a fried plantain.
