After giving up on Model 1 Sales I had my Dad cancel the order for the carbine and ordered a 20" BCM Standard upper receiver.

The rifle will be the 20" upper on the Rock River lower with A2 stock that is ready and waiting.

    The lower has:

    Magpul Aluminum trigger guard
DPMS Chrome Trigger, Disconnector, Hammer, Mag Release, Mag Release Button, Safety Selector, and Bolt Catch
Tubb Trigger and Hammer Springs (Chrome Silicon)
Some kind of ergonomic grip that may or may not stay on it
An A2 stock with a Brownell's Chrome Silicon action spring
KNS push button Take Down and Pivot pins

    The upper will have:

    BCM 20" standard
BCM Gunfighter Charging Handle with the Large latch
DPMS Chrome Door, Pin, and Teardrop Forward Assist
Brownell's Chrome Silicon Ejector Spring (maybe unless the BCM already comes with one)
    BCM full auto BCG
KNS Perma Pin firing pin retainer
    KNS Hooded Front Duplex sight
Diamond Head Premium Combat Sight (folder with diamond aperature)
    Hogue Overmolded front tube
300 bajillameter rocket launcher with ion flare capability
DPMS Levang Muzzle Brake (backordered from Midway)

Might put my DPMS Chrome Extractor in this one, depending on what the BCM BCG has in it...

youre going to want the BCM BCG over the DPMS, chrome or not. its better quality, properly staked, and properly tested :)

No, No, No... I am only thinking about installing my DPMS hard chrome extractor in the BCM BCG... not a whole DPMS BCG...

You won't be disappointed. My friend's got a lower, upper, and complete BCG from them and the fit and finish are top notch. Price is hard to beat as well for the quality of their product

Good move getting something other than Model 1. The ones I've seen personally have had issues. Last one was a M1S bolt that had somehow broken just behind the head.
