After the Texas National Guard secured a gate at the border, the Border Patrol came in and unlocked the gate so illegals waiting on the other side could come in. It sure looks like DHS is trying to force some kind of confrontation with Texas in order to justify more militant action on their part.

The BP are just doing as ordered but these directions are coming straight from Washington with very little local control other than the recently planted BP management who have been hand selected to act like Socialists

US Border laws do not exempt private property. You can’t circumvent the law because the border edges your property.

Time to file trespass charges against the BP monkies AND the illegals coming thru. Texas DPS is arresting illegals largely for trespassing (they can't act until the illegals break state law) - Had DPS been there they likely would've arrested on trespass. Sounds like the BP monkies should be facing charges for destruction of property as well, or vandalism, or something. Screw the feds.

Texas is being actually invaded by hostile foreigners in numbers equivalent to a field army every single month.

Border states have the authority to repel invasions under these circumstances.

Article I, Section 10, Paragraph 3: No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
