Bottom line is, it doesn't matter whether Biden got bad intelligence reports or not. That type of drone strike doesn't happen without the knowledge or approval coming from the White House. And guess what? Biden is the supposedly highest elected official in the United States, so that burden falls squarely on his shoulders, good or bad.

I'l also say it's very unlikely there are any Trump supporters still hanging around the White House like there were Obama holdovers during Trump's tenure in the White House.
