Had to curtail my riding due to back muscle spasm. Didn't ride for 4 days, back at it yesterday but only went 6 miles.
Sorry to hear about the spasms, but glad your back onnthe bike. I used to get bad spasms all the time, but went to some physical therapy for a few weeks and it has been a non issue for the last few years.

I had a muscle imbalance which would overwork one side and make it angry. A Medicine ball and asymmetrical push-ups was all it took for me. Well worth the price and effort.

    Nice. Flying through that one.
    Thanks!
I'm slowly getting back some speed. I had a headwind all but the few minutes I was in Buda. All the little rain cells kept moving and outflowing just about straight into my face the whole time.

I got a refurbished Garmin this week and being able to see HR and speed and things helps me keep pace and not go so hard I have to slow down.

Pushed it a little bit today :0

Felt good after yesterdays ride, I expect to have kinda empty legs, but they felt good.

Once you can go hard and still feel good the next day to go hard again is a big milestone for me.
