Met up with another cyclist on this fine forum( he can chime in if he wants the world to know he associates with the likes of me ;) ) and knocked out 21 miles.
my appreciation to him slowing his pace for an old guy.

Did a New trail today. All concrete. 4.5 miles.

Also talked with a guy in the parking lot and found out there are 20 miles of Dirt trails Across the road.

That looks just like my ride!

Hoji is stronger and faster than he lets on, there was no slowing down needed.

Ended up buying the Galaxy Watch 3, and it's great except for one thing. The battery life isn't great. But it has the Strava app directly for download, and I used it this weekend and it worked great too. I like that it calculates your heart rate into the calorie burn, makes it more accurate.

Any of you wearing a mask while cycling?

If not, has any male/female karen give you grief?

No and no. I do keep a gaiter around my neck just in case. I’ve even run into cops on bikes on the greenway. They didn’t have a mask nor did I. Surprised me because I’ve had one yell at me while walking my dog on the riverwalk.

I unfortunately have to wear a “medical mask” while riding on top (err under) of my balaclava.

I finally decided to try Strava, as it links with my Shanren computer. It works pretty well. When I remember to set it all up, but I won’t post screenshots here for OPSEC.

You can set up a privacy zone if your account is publicly viewable, or you can take the screenshot and edit the sensitive bits out.
