Runkeeper. There is a free version. After using the free version for a week got an email knocking a bunch off the yearly price ( I think it came down to $35ish a year) worth it to me because it tracks a lot of other things and no ads.Maybe I missed it, but what app are you using to track your rides?

Hell yeah!I’ve watched your journey over time and it has been one of several things that have inspired me. 3 yrs ago I couldn’t walk 75 yards briskly without getting winded. 55 yrs old and overweight with COPD. Long story but 8 weeks ago I started my journey and toward the end of last week I made it to 30 minutes of brisk waking on a treadmill. I finally put my Fitbit back on (I stopped wearing it in disgust with myself for not working out) and this is exactly where I wanted to be. It’s AMAZING how much better I feel compared to 8 weeks ago. My lungs are getting stronger by the week. Still got lots of work to do but I’m committed. Thanks for sharing your journey. More times than not we control our own Health and my progress is proof.
