I couldn't find a video of it, but I always liked the scene in Clint Eastwood's Pale Rider where he gives an ass whooping to a group of town thugs and uses a stick to do it, and when he's finished throwing the beatings he says, "There's nothing like a good piece of hickory."

The most realistic has to be the first one. In my experience, all fights go to the ground, unless you score a one-punch knockout. However, if I get someone on his back with me on top, he's not getting back up. I'm gonna control his arms with mine and then use my knees slamming into his nose to put him out.
