There are several lawsuits pending concerning the pistol brace rule. All I can tell you right now the pistol is legal but the brace is not.....unless a form 1 is filed to make it a SBR. (This is the short explanation). LOTS of discussion on TGT about this topic. The answer to your question is that the pistol is legal but the brace is not!

No worries, from what I am tracking they are both legal to own. Just not legally able to have the brace on there unless a form 1 is filed.
