I have a 10 inch pistol I want to sell, but I'm not up-to-speed on the legal stuff.

Is posting without the arm brace really all I need to do ?
There are several lawsuits pending concerning the pistol brace rule. All I can tell you right now the pistol is legal but the brace is not.....unless a form 1 is filed to make it a SBR. (This is the short explanation). LOTS of discussion on TGT about this topic. The answer to your question is that the pistol is legal but the brace is not!
