Just one question. As things stand right now, you appear to be selling a SBR. I assume you have all the appropriate paperwork for it?

The picture shows a AR type pistol with a brace. If a form 1 has been submitted and approved it is a SBR. Which one is it?

These pictures include the brace. This was the setup before the ATF ruling. I understand that it needs to be registered as an SBR, the brace is removed. If you chose to add the brace back on, you can always file your own form 1.
