    This is the most basic fixed iron sight upgrade.
    I used a Dremmel to deepen the dots wells and make them wider,. the larger the glow dot, the more intense the glow.
    The shaped drill bit did it for me, this is soft steel so that works. One could use a diamond bit I suppose, but those run about $50 these days.
    Just affix the firearm to a vice grip and use the Dremmel with a firm grip, it will want to go sideways.

    Apply generously let dry for a couple of hours, repeat. You are done.
