That was the case in Kansas I was referring to. I may be mistaken, but it seems like I read somewhere, that the Kansas state attorney general assisted in the defense in some way in that case, because of the Kansas law.

I do know they filed an appeal after the conviction to a higher court, and the higher court upheld the conviction.

    Aww, you're no fun anymore, Todd! ;) ;) ;)

Because I think the TX suppressor law is dumb AF. If any of the sponsors really believed in it, we’d have had Abbot leading the charge his by submitting his own notification to Paxton on 9/1/21.

The only thing .gov did, in this case, is set up some poor Texan to get targeted by the feds. This shît burns my ass.

That's because republicans are just democrats that don't want to allow you to have abortions.

They'll still tax the **** out of you, have the cops murder you if you violate one of their precious laws, and both are bought and paid for by the same entities.

They both view government as a tool to serve their own self interest and enforce their view of morality.

People are too scared to vote for anyone outside of the "big 2" so this will be status quo until the next bloody reset. It's unfortunate because the design of our system allows for these asshats to be kicked out.
