My arteries are a little harder than they were this am, but it was worth it. I finely chopped some jalapenos and worked them into the ground beef. Then I sliced off about 1/4" from a stick of butter and put it in the middle of my patty. HORRIBLE, I tell you. it was so bad I had 2...
