This is a good class to take for anyone involved in our line of sport. GSWs tend to bleed a lot and fast and seconds matter. Knowing how to apply a tourniquet and save your life or someone else's is priceless.
Disclaimer: I do not mean to advertise this specific class. I myself am already CPR certified and not affiliated with this class or instructor. It is just a good idea to have some basic life saving skills. That goes double for RSOs too. Just my $0.02.
