if it helps, im not LE, but i dont think that should matter much. only mention that cause one of the sites i found it on for under $30 says they wont sell it with out LE credentials.

i actually just ordered 2 boxes of 147 from CTD along with 2 boxes of Tulammo and a sling for my SKS. should be here tomorrow.
