    Out here by the lake!
I decided that I can’t be leaving the vehicle outside. Phucing spiders love to web out the rides. 1 have a 24X24 building that is being used to store neighbor Larry’s step sons house in & my garage has Larry’s bass boat in it with my lawn mower in it.

The shop building has a real tall roll up door, but the walk in door is around the back of the building. I figure an electric door was what was keeping me from using it. Hell I actually thought about a pistol caliber bullet trap in it for a while.

My only recommendation is get a wall mount jack shaft unit. Chamberland makes a decent one

If it's a standard framed opening you can get a commercial/residential door
Overhead Door did mine on my new shop it's 10x10
Looks like a bigger version of the one on the house
The opener sits up high on one side.
Came with a click remote, a mounted pad opener , and it's connected to wifi and with the ap I can open and close it from anywhere that I have phone signal

The roll up door rolls on a shaft that the jack shaft is designed to turn along with the "coiled" spring set ups on a standard panel door
The door I want put it ons is a roll up not a conventional panel folder.

Overhead Doors out of Waco must be queers because their price felt like butt rape. They qouted $4,700.00 +. I found local independent guy in Marquex who came out & looked at it and said $1,300.00. Well needless to say Aaron gets the job. He said he would send me a invoice one he gets price on the opener. Said he would get me set up & we shook hands.
