    Never had that, but I can say that my uncle did throw some questionable things into his gumbo. They lived out in Ville Platte and were poor farmers from what I remember. Anything that walked could be put into gumbo if times were tough. Unfortunately I didn't get to spend much time with him when I was young, but I bet I could have seen some crazy things.

    Orange County is pretty much open at the moment. Resturants are allowing dinning in without masks.

    Some places allowed outdoor dining areas, with masks. It was weird lol. My work doesnt allow anyone to come in without one still, but that's our company policy.
