thisCube it up, soak in 1/4 part water 1/2 part cheap wine 1/4 part vinegar for two days in the fridge. Saving wine mix, remove meat and brown in skillet. Put meat in slow cooker add salt, and pepper to your liking. Then add just enough equal parts wine mix and tomato juice to cover. Cook for 12 to 18 hrs on low, add carrots, onions, peppers and whatever veggies you like 4 hrs before serving. Ladle over rice.
