I know two shops that need techs, badly. You don't have to be A-level, both just need someone dependable who'll be there every day and work. On the other hand, we do need someone with at least some experience, not just a helper. One is the shop where I work, the other is a friend's shop, both east side of SA, both deal a lot with European cars, so Euro experience is a big plus.
