Sometimes it's the luck of the placement. 1/2 inch to or fro.

I saw my brother drop a 300 lb boar in it's tracks with a .22RF magnum and would not have believe it. Hit freaking lucky cervical C-1 spine foramen magnum (google it) and it hardly kicked.

Your .204 at 4,000+ FPS should have devastating hydrostatic shock.
    Go figure.

I'm shooting the little piglets. Not much to putting them down.

Dayem Shoobee, how many times you going to recycle that picture?

Last time you posted that picture, you said that pig was taken with a 30-06. So which is it?

Your narcissistic vanity got you Shoobee! See before, I just suspected that you were Shoobee. Posting that picture, just confirmed it!

I had a stainless Marlin years ago that was perfect for Jackrabbits but I sold it to get a CZ452 since it was about the same differential as getting a new trigger for the Marlin (which I felt it really needed). Marlin was very accurate though. Haven't shot my new CZ much and thinking about just selling it as I've got some pretty competent 22lr and 223 bolt guns.
