A Snyder woman will not be spending any time behind bars for killing a Colorado City man.



Nicole Mann, 24, was sentenced to 10 years probation with no fines late Friday evening, according to the Scurry County District Attorney's Office.

But prison is such a nasty place for the poor cute little thing.

If it wasn't self defense, she belongs in prison. They stop being cute when they pull a trigger in anger.
Would like to find out what caused the shooting though.

So what's the back story on this??? Not much real information in that exquisite piece of journalism. Said the dude was shot in his home. Domestic disturbance or what?? I certainly hope there are some serious extenuating circumstances around the sentencing. Was she abused by the guy or something.
