    The federal court opinion only applies to Delaware but is a good sign that similar ones in other states could also be found unconstitutional. As explained on the Four Boxes Diner YouTube channel the court said that text custom and tradition of 1791 did not outlaw the manufacture of guns/components. So DE can not do it today following the Bruen decision judgement.

    So in DE one can now build, keep and bear unserialized guns/components. Selling them is another matter.
