I'm getting two APF-R1s. These are Alfa Proj made guns, specifically the Model 3530 (Stainless 3" Fixed Sight) and Model 3561 (Blued 6" Adjustable Sight). American Precision Firearms out of Miami, FL is importing them into the country (along with some other very nice things from Europe). Should have them in my grubby paws soon. When they come in, I'll post pictures of 'em and a review soon.

Here's an example of the 3" model from APF's website.

I hope you can find time to post a range report. My curiosity is piqued.
Alfa Proj in the past made a very cool .357 Magnum/.32 S&W Long target gun.

I've been interested in these Czech made guns for a while. So, I am excited to get my hands on them.

Prices are about what you're paying across the pond once you remove import costs to the US (shipping, customs fees, etc).

1.023,00 Euros comes out to 1,110.67 in US Dollars.

1.055,00 Euros comes out to about 1,145.00 in US Dollars.

    They're here!

USPS finally delivered the guns to the FFL.

These are the ones I handled down in Miami originally. I'm looking forward to getting some trigger time behind them. APF was nice to also send me a set of rubber stocks too.

Why is it the Alpha guns seem to bounce around from importer to importer? I do like the 6" one. Not sure I'd buy it sight unseen at Python prices.

Just a nature of the industry. Imported stuff usually bounces around.

STAR used to be imported by Garcia out of DC then Interarms. the HS2000 was first imported by a company out of TN that folded, and now by Springfield Armory.

Heck, S&W used to import Walthers and that was after Interarms shuttered their doors. Now, Walther is importing their own stuff.
