Anyone ran them hard and have an opinion?

I have GI metal and Pmags for my AR15 that work well but I like some of the things Amend2 is doing.

Just curious if they hold up to abuse and time.

It's funny, they have 2 state magazines out, Idaho where they're located and Texas because screw the other states.....

They're comparably priced so figured I'd grab a few because why not? Even if they don't work well they'll look good on the shelf.

Grabbed a few of their Trump AR15 magazines a while back and a few Glock full capacity magazines too but haven't had a chance to try them.

Just saw a youtoober say if they get hot the plastic gets soft and the feed lips expand so much he couldn't seat the mag in the magwell.

All it took was them sitting loaded in the sun at the range for it to happen.

I just saw this brand and I was about to post for some feedback.
So far all the reviews I’ve seen indicate they make good Magazines at a reasonable price but I also saw the one about leaving them in a hot car.
Now I’m thinking they may not be worthy.

I bought some after Sandy Hook when standard cap mags were going for stupid money because everyone thought they were going to be banned. Most are still in the packaging but I pulled a couple out to try them and had no issues during regular range use.

ETA: I'd have to dig them out to see if they are Mod 2's like the ones posted above.

    I like metal mag lips...
I had some 10/22 mags w/plastic lips, and they didn't last long, and that was only for .22lr.

I wasn't issued any plastic-lipped mags, but aluminum.

In case any mag-silliness is passed above, and out of Texas' control, I'd like the mags to last as long as possible,
as it can get cold here, and I have heard about horror stories where plastic mag-lips cracked in cold weather..

People in Kommiefornia, NY, MD, and NJ, I assume will feel the same way, if they have pre-ban grandfathered-stuff w/STD-CAPs...

I've never run any of them but at this point I've got more poly mags than you could shake a stick at. I'm going all in on Okay, Brownells or other aluminum mags from here on out. Of all of them I rate lancers at the top followed by pmags, Troy, hex then other.
