Alternative Sanbags

Has anyone out there ever used this alternative sandbags before, I am looking to purchase, I've even contacted the website but not sure if i should buy or how long they will last, They are made of Burlap and need them for the long run 10 years or more, in a fresh water environment. they are at Stormbag - Sandbag flood they sound like a good deal for me since i not have the physical[FONT=arial, sans-serif] strength to move traditional sandbags , Please respond [/FONT]
