    ...but a chicken wang. We fixin to have a Wang Dang Doodle up in here! Nephew and niece invited some of us over for a cookout supper. I volunteered to bring some wings. Half of em seasoned with Kick'n Chicken and, for the sissies, half seasoned with SPG.

    Nothing like a Weber with a vortex for cooking up some fantastic wings! I need to try that kickin chicken, how was it?

    Did you get any smoke or flavor from the wood considering how quickly those grill?

    I've used the Kick'n Chicken for years. It's good for people that don't like really hot food. It's spicy but not overpowering. At least, that's my opinion.

    That was a chunk of pecan wood in there. Yes, you get some smokey flavor but not a lot.

    Weber/Vortex wings are easy and some of the best wings I've had anywhere. These were a big hit with the family and not a one was left. It was suggested that the next time we get together, I bring wings again.
