Admins: Does this site need help with anything?

I know I am new here but really like the folks and conversations here so far so figured I'd ask if any help was needed. Gratis, of course.

I have a fair amount of experience doing back-end work on websites and web applications. Lots of PHP, SQL, and API experience in particular but don't have issues picking up new things. I can do front-end work without too much trouble but I am not a UX designer; take that for what it's worth.
