Beretta & CZ are about tied in my book. The Beretta might have issues with smaller hands, but they are both great shooters.
SW, there are several options depending on materials and finish of the slide and frame. I’ve got the 5906 which is the stainless version and it’s very comfortable to shoot and the mags are still available from several sources.
I really like my bride's S&W M&P9 M2.0. 18 round mag. It's a heavy gun so very little recoil. Dead nuts at 15 yards all day long but I'm only concerned with bedside to bedroom door accuracy as far as she'd be involved. I'm not a 9mm fan but the M&P 2.0 is solidly built and a definite thumbs up from me.
One of the Turkish Beretta 92 or High Power models. I've handled a Girsan 92; it was tempting even thought it's just a 9mm. I don't think I've seen one of the High Powers.
