9mm full size pistol recommendations

I currently have a full size Springfield XD service model in 9mm and I also own a full size Springfield 1911 base model.

I am not a fan of Glocks, so I won’t consider owning one. My reasons are my own.

What else is out there? I am looking for accuracy and decent capacity, I like the Springfield XD, it’s just not as accurate as my 1911 in my hands, but I like the overall feel.

Has anyone tried the XDM full size? Does anyone have thoughts on the new Springfield high power clone?

I am open to trying new brands. Just not Glocks.

On a serious note I only have glock and xd and 1911’s at this moment and I’m cool with that. So much of the market is filled with good ideas but no parts support or accessories.

Just get a different xd. I love xd’s.

Canik Rival has been the best shooting pistol for the money I've ever shot. I have a 1911, cz75 etc... but that Canik Rival trigger is amazing.

In comparison to the CZ which is superior and why? Magazines as well, which is most common in the US?

What’s your hand size? What kind of frame puts your trigger finger in the right spot on the trigger? Is the xd you own a perfect fit?
