What is the lifetime on the Dewalt batteries?

The one thing I don't like about buying cordless tools is that replacement batteries cost almost as much as you paid for the tool.

The biggest thing about any rechargeable batteries is taking them out of the tools and chargers when they won't be used. I remove them if stored for more than a few hours or so.

I am still running the Dewalt 18v system and some of my batteries are 3+ years old. This includes commercial work and my help using them too.

Closest thing I see on that link is a Brad nailer and impact driver kit.
Thought I saw two models earlier but this one is still there.

I was all about Dewalt until they defaulted to China for mfg. Look close, Made in China. You can (could) still get some tools Made in USA but you have to look and they aren't cheap.

Dewalt stuff is generally pretty good, but all things fail. I've started buying the Home Depot Rigid brand cordless stuff. You can find that on sale too, especially coming up on the holidays. If you buy the tools with batteries, and take the time to register things, they come with a limited lifetime warranty on the tools that includes the batteries.
