    Kicking off this thread. The way it works is post here what you'll bring to the potluck. For folks that haven't been there before, there is a large charcoal grill available next to the main building. If you want to bring your own grill, you can do that, too. Please keep in mind we won't have access to the classroom this time around.

    Ok. On the right thread now. No bringing food for me. So here’s my haul:
    1. Utensils/plates/cups/paper towels
    2. 10x10 tent
    3. 6’ sturdy folding table

    Ok we need to up the game on the Potluck. So far we have lots of chairs, tables and EZups, but a little lacking on the food. As far as food goes:

    @toddnjoyce Sausages
    @jrbfishn Beans
    @Fishkiller Chicken breasts
    @billtool Plates, utensils, etc.
    @MTA89 - Not sure what be bringing but he said this "I can bring some fallow sausage in tomato sauce or venison chili. If that's off the table and if someone has a grill I can bring tenderloins, backstrap and some fallow deer burgers"

    That is all that have signed up, the vittles are a might thin.

    We need:

    Condiments, salt pepper, ketchup, mayo, mustard etc.
    Hamburger and hotdog buns
    Side dishes like tater salad, coleslaw etc. ( no disrespect to @jrbfishn beans)
    Charcoal, and cooking utensils
    Possibly more meat, as there is never ever not enough
    Anything else I missed

    I will have:
    2 small folding tables
    2 small folding grills
    At least one butane burner to warm stuff up if we need to. Possibly 2-3.
    Tongs, spatula and a spoon for beans.
    A 1 pound package of pinto beans with dry cured bacon in them.
    Well, plus guns and a chair.

    So far, we need food for 20-25 people if we include the range folks. At least 15-20 just from TGT.

    Well guys- it’s gonna be a game day call for me. Weather says 90% chance for rain and t-storms. If it’s 75%- I’m in. So heads up for the table setting accoutrements.
