Where are the Ford truck experts? I need you help identifying what is this thing I have please???

It appears to me to be some kind of early confidential specifications documentation for the "new" 1960 Ford truck line-up; mechanically bound in (leather?) cover, greater than 1" thick with tabbed sections for TOC, all models, plus major systems:

12 models of conventional: F-100 - F1100
