    even with the cost of my mach 3 blades I seriously doubt I will spend, a $1,000 a year on blades....this is a bad investment.

    I like the concept of the sapphire blades, but the execution is silly. If they get the cost down to a few thousand it might make sense for those that shave everyday. I stopped shaving years ago, tho

    I was thinking the same thing... except the math is $10K/yr... which is a whole lot of Fusion Pro Glide blades per year... 2000 blades per year... 5.5 blade changes... per day...

    Let's see, hmmmm................$100,000 for the razor, lasts for 10 yrs., so it cost $10,000 per year. Somebody's got waaaay too much money!

    I was a little slow Parker, but we were thinking the same thing.
