    If they're not sure if this is self defense or not, why are they calling the person shot a "victim"? If it's self-defense, he's anything but.

    this has happened once before but just a little different in Dallas when chl's were first approved. this is a quote from the article: "Police said the 50-year-old victim climbed out of his car and approached the other driver, who is 59." the article does not say if there was a physical confrontation and if so did he fear for his life. the man in car two was obviously the aggressor and did follow the first man into a parking lot, did get out of his car and approach the second car in anger so it does have all the makings of a self defense shooting.


    the one that happened in Dallas; man gets out of a truck and approaches the man in the car and started to assault him through the window when the man fired at him.... no bill by the way... he feared for his life.
