    There was one in the movie "Stripes" in Russian markings. I remember seeing them in number at Ft. Hood, TX, in the 70's. They articulated in the middle and were amphibious. The engines were so loud that the drivers had to wear hearing protection.

    M561 was the military nomenclature for them.
    Alot of people think they are a truck with trailer but they are built together and the rear section had a drive axle
