Depending on your email program make a filter and put them in junk.

First question, are these legit companies?

Any American company that emails you must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, which means they must have a conspicuous unsubscribe option somewhere in the message. The sender has 10 days to fulfill the request.

You're not alone lol. I'm on his ignore list too. He got mad at me for pointing he had driven for some untold number of miles on a flat tire.

I remember Outlook had the option to mark unwanted emails as spam. It is not in the current version. I guess they got tired of everyone marking junk emails as spam
