If you wait for in stock notices you will be to late.

Your only hope is to sit on the site 24/7 hitting refresh every 3 seconds.

That's been my experience as well. Perhaps, as SQL mentions, major retailers, who I assume to be places like Cabela's or Academy are different but for the places like SGAmmo or their equivalents, I've had zero luck with them.

    Isn't that right at $20/box of 50?

Math would seem to prove your theory correct. :roflfunny:

Sadly, at this point I am just posting for availability. I know from other threads that some aren't having luck finding certain things and they don't really have the time throughout the day to search.

Usually I would do a bit more research on pricing, vendor and such, but things are being sucked up so quickly these days, I've been more concerned with just getting it posted and letting the buyer decide.

    https://www.basspro.com/shop/en/herters-target-handgun-ammo

Bass Pro is showing Herter's bass 9mm in stock for 50/$9.99 with free shipping.
I've ordered this 2 separate times and gotten my order. Some have complained of orders canceled. Trying my luck for a 3rd time.

FWIW, I ordered from Cabela's yesterday morning and it shipped yesterday afternoon. Confirmed it was actually moving via carrier this morning.

Same deal? The past two times they came in boxes of a 100 and were a little cheaper, more like .19 a round shipped.

Midway and Midsouth seem to be the best options for primers. I think Midway lasted about 12 minutes the last time they had CCI small pistol primers in stock.

My comment was made with the understanding that you have to respond as soon as you get the notice.

One thing you all have to keep in mind is scalpers do this on other products all the time. Mainly I've seen it on graphics cards during the mining crazy for bitcoin. My bet is they are using bots to fill up the cart and buy immediately and then reselling at a higher price for the most in demand goods right now.

Basically there is no way you can buy it before the bot does. What everyone in our position should do right now is buy nothing for 6 months and let prices fall, but people are like drug addicts. They won't stop. Spread the word. Stop buying.

If I bought a quarter of what I post I'd be broke and on the streets :p, but I am an incessant window shopper, even before all this shit. Now I agree with you that, in theory, no one buying will settle the market, but that's just not a plausible scenario.
There are always going to be people who either didn't plan ahead or are new to shooting and they are those by and large who are buying right now. It's easy to say "just stop buying" sitting upon a what you consider a good amount of guns and ammo, but when you are new to shooting or failed to plan ahead, such sentiments just fall on deaf ears. Also, IMO the prepared are a minority of gun owners and as such our refusal to pay crazy prices, just isn't going to amount to enough pressure to drive down the price.
