Yes I’ve had them and was looking for period correct. I haven’t been able to find one that I like for what I’m willing to spend. Found this 1974 series 70 in awesome condition and jumped. It will have to do.

Somebody stole the slide release and safety off the 3 backwards 1911’s on the right.
Yup - an' then stuck 'em on the other side of the gun! Took me 30 stinkin' years to put that collection together.
That’s why I called them backwards.
