    I will put my stock 3.5 f150 against any stock 5.0 f150

the 2.7 is a fine and plenty powerful engine for the bronco.

V8's are not what they used to be. The only + is the sound you get and for me I gave up on loud pipes a few years ago.

    Silence is golden.

To get the v6 your looking at 50K to start.

48/51, but it looks like you need the WildTrak. Not sure if v6 is option at lower trim levels. Good article on pricing for all models.

I'm sure they are, but probably not compared to a modern V8. As great as modern turbo engines are, there is no replacement for displacement.

These will kill a V8, even a modern one comparing torque at low RPM. The Ecoboost motors make legit torque down low where needed.

The 2.7 will likely produce peak torque at 2000 RPM and carry it nearly to reline where as a 5.0 Coyote V8 will not peak until around 4000RPM.

I bet it's a bit of a pig too, making it top heavy and easy for roll overs with IFS.
The IFS will be better for everything other than serious rock crawling. You'll have to swap stuff out for that anyways.

It's available on all trims. https://www.ford.com/cmslibs/conten...crossovers/bronco/pdf/21_Bronco_lineup_HR.pdf

I’m the opposite, I like body-on-frame for off road.

2.3 & 2.7 peak at around 3250, but the real story not peak but at near idle.

    2.7 is 278 at 2000 rpm, peaking at 325 at 3250.

    ecoboost is red

Yeah,Those Ecoboost motors are really something. My 2012 5.7 Power Wagon drug my bosses 2019 Raptor all the way across the parking lot when he bragged how bad that turbo V6 was. It might be fast, but it ain't got any balls!

First thing I notice about that dyno chart is the turbine housings are on the really small side. You can clearly see it choking the motor at just over 4k. The reasoning behind those small hot sides is clear though, he stabbed the throttle at 2k and the turbos were already spooled and producing full boost by 2200. I wouldn't be at all surprised if it produces boost right off idle.
