"The optional 2.7-liter EcoBoost V-6 is slated to make 310 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. So whichever engine you choose, your Bronco is going to be turbocharged."

I'm really disappointed you can't get the ecoboost v6 with the manual, but I was sadly expecting that. Also wonder why it has such a pathetic towing capacity. My old full size was great at towing things. It was particularity impressive at the boat ramp

Despite these things, I'm still considering it. I think it's going to be a fun little run about and be different enough from a Wrangler to make it interesting.

So, what are the hp, and torque numbers from the original V8s?

ETA: It appears even the 2.3 numbers are greater than the original 302.
Yeah, the 2.3L 2021 Bronco will definitely be faster than my old one with a 351
Modern turbos make peak torque down low and hold it flat nearly to redline, too.

It's been the subject on Jeep forums for awhile though I believe you won't actually see one delivered until April 2021. I'll stick to my Wrangler. Let Ford start producing them and see what issues show up in the first few years.
