I'm sooo glad that King Abbott has elected to "give people some personal freedom" - because its his discretion to "give" anyone "freedom" - me thinks that Abbott has forgotten the definition of "freedom"
The Texas governor is not a powerful position, but I guess he found a way to lord over us serfs.

They can’t arrest anyone unless they want to lose their job. Read the order on tx.gov
If they cared about the law they wouldn't have made those statements to begin with.

I recall talk (maybe rumors) early on about Chinese people with the flu going around trying to infect people.
You're volunteering to bring them groceries and run errands for them?

And how would they know that any given individual had tested positive?

Or is that Phase 2 of the plan?
We talked about contact tracing a few hundred posts back. It's already here... I guess HIPPA gets ignored now, too? ...or maybe people sign their rights away when they get the free tests taken; not sure.

And that's why I will never consent to testing. Last I knew, no medical procedure can be performed on you without your consent.

And the releasing of any medical records, without the consent of the person is illegal. Only times that it is done without consent, is a with a search warrant. Most judges will refuse unless there is a valid and compelling reason to release those records.

Lawsuits need to be filed. Invasion of privacy, and illegal release of medical records.

I just got this offf the CDC website. Read it a few times and let this soak in. Even if the numbers are highly inflated...why are we “back to phase one” again?

    Translation to plain English;
Since counting all pnuemonia, infuenza and covid deaths into one group isn't giving them the number of deaths rhey are desperately looking, please give them time to find another way to inflate the numbers.

    That place east of Waco....
The big test of Abbott's coup will be the GOP Convention this week. If they have an in-person convention, then motions for his censure and support for impeachment will be heard and likely passed. If the convention is virtual, then Abbott sycophants will make sure that those making such motions experience "technical difficulties"....

If the GOP Convention and Texas Legislature doesn't vote to push for Abbott's impeachment due to violating the Texas Constitution with his rule-by-fiat executive orders, then (other than for Trump) there's no reason to vote Republican anymore....

Isn't this also stating that they are lumping deaths from all three (PIC) into one number, or am I reading it wrong?

It sure looks like it. They got busted becausd people noticed that influenza and pneumonia mortality rates were down since the beginning of this mess due to substituting/attributing deaths to COVID. If you look back a couple months they dropped the total death count by I believe 30,000 or so. That’s a pretty large deviation! What happened to Anthony Fauci’s projected death toll of 2 million? Why have we not heard from the US surgeon general much since he couldn’t make his mind up if we should wear masks of not? You would think a 32nd degree mason would know better...haha
Bottom line is these “professionals” are making a career off our stupidity. They know that if they can scare enough people they can make an epidemic out of basically a bad cold that turned into a summer flu. People have called bullshit enough and now even cops and doctors are pushing back because they don’t want to be part of a big false flag event of this magnitude because when the smoke clears it’s their ass on the chopping block. I have made it my mission to research this and watch every Corona Task Force briefing and as many interviews as possible to find inconsistencies and educate myself and my family/friends about what is really going down. It sure is hard these days to get any true information when so many leaders and professionals are blowing smoke up everyone’s ass to back up a narrative to control us and double it with the agenda the democrats have to hinder the election and Flynn/Obamagate/PizzaGate scandals.

Now, this. THIS. I have been thinking about a lot. I am fairly certain now that this deal is "mostly hoax".
We have GOT to have some form of cleanup when the smoke finally does clear. Assess to identify the really bad actors (I have a few names on my short list), but go after every damn person who was knowingly fanning the flames while the masses were in near panic.
I would like for them to pay.
    Dearly.

Everyone that wants to vote for a Democrat in the next gubernatorial election to teach Abbott a lesson better give a good, hard look to what is going on in Democrat controlled states such as Michigan, California and elsewhere. Then go look at what Democrats are doing at the national level and see if you want to invite that kind of crazy into the tent.

The enemy of my enemy is not my friend.

IF someone emerges to challenge Abbott, and has strong conservative values, and isn't a Democrat, I will seriously give that candidate strong consideration. Voting for any Democrat in current times is dangerous. So if no one challenges Abbott, I'll have to go with voting for him.

I'm not enthused about that, but better the devil you know, than the one you don't.
